ExpendToDraw is an unofficial Elestrals TCG community platform and online marketplace. This notice explains the personal information we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use ExpendToDraw, we may collect your username, full name, email address, saved delivery address, account and security information, Marketplace listings, purchases and sales, seller status, ratings and reviews, order messages, disputes, delivery and tracking information, transaction and payout records, technical logs, and information you choose to submit to the platform.
How we use your information
We use account data to provide and secure your ExpendToDraw account; delivery information to calculate shipping and fulfil Marketplace orders; transaction information to operate purchases, refunds, disputes, seller balances and Marketplace history; messages to provide buyer-seller communication and dispute evidence; and technical information to protect, maintain and improve the service.
Lawful bases
Where UK data protection law applies, our processing may be necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as platform security and fraud prevention, or rely on your consent where consent is the appropriate basis.
Marketplace privacy
Public seller stalls are designed not to reveal a seller's real name, email address, home address, phone number or payout details. Public Marketplace information may include the seller's chosen username, country flag, seller tier, completed sales, rating and review count, optional public seller description and active listings.
When an order is placed, information required to fulfil that specific order may be made available to the relevant parties and service providers. Buyer and seller email addresses are not intended to be exposed through the public Marketplace or order messaging system.
Payment and shipping providers
ExpendToDraw may use third-party payment, payout, shipping, email, hosting, analytics, security or infrastructure providers. Those providers may process the information required to provide their service. ExpendToDraw does not intend to store card numbers, online banking credentials or payment-account passwords.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account operation, transaction records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and other legal obligations. Different records may therefore have different retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of your personal information, and the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Cookies and technical data
ExpendToDraw may use cookies and similar technologies required for login sessions, account security, Marketplace baskets and core site functionality. Additional analytics or optional technologies should be described and controlled separately where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.

Privacy questions or requests should be sent through the contact method published by ExpendToDraw. If you remain concerned about how your personal information is handled, you may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ExpendToDraw develops, including when new Marketplace, payment, shipping, collection or community features are introduced. The current version will be published on this page.
