Terms & Marketplace Rules

These terms govern use of ExpendToDraw and its Marketplace. ExpendToDraw is an unofficial Elestrals TCG platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Elestrals TCG rights holders unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Accounts
Marketplace purchases require a registered ExpendToDraw account. Guest purchasing is not available. Users must provide accurate account and delivery information, keep login credentials secure, and must not use the service for fraud, harassment, abuse, circumvention or unlawful activity.
Marketplace role
Marketplace listings are created by individual sellers. Unless ExpendToDraw is expressly identified as the seller of an item, ExpendToDraw operates the platform connecting buyers and sellers rather than owning the listed cards.
Listings
A seller may maintain one active listing for each exact card printing, finish and condition combination. Finishes currently include Normal, Reverse Holo and Holo. Conditions currently include Mint / Near Mint, Good, Played, Heavily Played and Damaged. Sellers are responsible for accurate quantities, prices, condition descriptions and possession of listed stock.
Seller access and limits
Normal seller applicants must complete at least one successful purchase before applying to sell, unless an administrator grants an exception. Seller status and tier changes are controlled by ExpendToDraw administrators.
Launch outstanding-sales limits are £250 for Seller, £1,000 for Approved Seller and unlimited for Trusted Seller. Eligibility milestones are 100 completed seller-orders with a rating of at least 4.5 stars for Approved Seller consideration, and 250 completed seller-orders with a rating of at least 4.2 stars for Trusted Seller consideration. Reaching a milestone does not automatically change a user's tier.
Marketplace fee
ExpendToDraw's Marketplace commission is calculated once per seller-order at 5% of the item subtotal, with a minimum fee of £0.01 and a maximum fee of £10. Shipping is excluded from the commission calculation.
Basket reservations
Adding a Marketplace listing to a basket temporarily reserves the selected quantity for 30 minutes. When the reservation expires, the item may remain visible in the buyer's basket but the stock becomes available to other buyers again. Availability is checked again before payment. Marketplace baskets may be cleared automatically each day.
Purchase confirmation and cancellation
The buyer is expected to review the order before confirming payment. Once the buyer confirms and pays, there is no automatic buyer-side cancellation control. Before dispatch, a buyer may contact the seller to request cancellation and the seller may cancel and refund the order where appropriate. After dispatch, the normal delivery and dispute process applies.
Shipping
Shipping services are selected by the buyer from the options made available by ExpendToDraw's shipping system. Sellers do not set arbitrary shipping prices. For seller-orders of £10 or more, a tracked service is intended to be preselected, but the buyer may choose an available cheaper untracked option.
The seller is expected to dispatch within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. An overdue order is flagged after that target and may affect the maximum review score available for that transaction. Overdue reminders may be sent daily. If the order has not been marked dispatched by the end of the 7th working day, the order may be cancelled automatically and the buyer refunded in full, with a failed-dispatch record applied to seller performance.
Delivery confirmation and buyer protection
The buyer has up to 28 days from dispatch confirmation to open a dispute. Confirming delivery completes the buyer-protection stage for that transaction and prevents a new dispute being opened afterwards. If no delivery confirmation or dispute is recorded, the order may complete automatically after the 28-day period.
Reviews
Completed seller-orders may receive one buyer review using a 1–5 star rating and an optional comment. Public seller ratings may show the average star score and total review count. If dispatch was late, the maximum review score for that transaction may be limited to 4 stars.
Disputes and refunds
Initial dispute reasons may include order not received, wrong cards, missing cards, condition not as described and other order problems. Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve the issue using ExpendToDraw's order messaging. If they cannot agree, either party may escalate the dispute to ExpendToDraw administration. Full and partial refunds may be supported. Fully refunded transactions are excluded from Marketplace value calculations; partially refunded items should reflect the effective final sale value where appropriate.
Market data
Headline Market Value is intended to use the average price of the most recent 10 completed unit sales for the exact card printing and finish, using all available completed sales until 10 exist. Market charts may separately show historical active-offer averages and sold averages over 30-day, 60-day, 90-day and 1-year views.
Messages and conduct
Buyer-seller communication should remain within ExpendToDraw where the site provides an order messaging system. Users must not use listings, seller descriptions, reviews or messages to harass other users, publish private information, evade platform rules or facilitate prohibited conduct.
Seller stalls and privacy
Public seller stalls are intended to show Marketplace identity and reputation, not private identity. Users should not publish another person's private contact, delivery or payment information.
Payments and seller balances
ExpendToDraw intends to support pending and available seller balances with withdrawal through supported payout services. Seller funds and ExpendToDraw platform revenue must be accounted for separately within the Marketplace system. Exact payment and payout provider terms will apply once live payments are enabled.
Consumer and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. The legal rights available to a buyer may depend on matters including the buyer's location and whether the seller is acting as a private individual or a trader.
Suspension and administration
ExpendToDraw may pause listings, restrict Marketplace access, suspend seller privileges, resolve disputes or take other reasonable action where needed to protect users, enforce these rules, address fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Changes
These terms may be updated as ExpendToDraw develops. Material Marketplace changes should be reflected in the published terms before the relevant feature is used for live transactions.
